I had a 4 day work trip to Greenville and Dan’s place was just right after a long day at work. Small issue that had nothing to do with the listing, but they were able to help me out quickly. Great communication.

I enjoyed my stay . I was only there 2 nights & it looked exactly as it does on the listing , very clean & had everything necessary for a short or long stay ! The large tv was a plus and I enjoyed taking a nice hot bubble bath in the tub ! The only concern I had was the heat not blowing to its fullest capacity in my particular unit & it was a little cool even after I turned the heat up to 80 it did get warmer but It was obvious that it wasn’t heating to its fullest capacity however I don’t feel that that’s Dans fault & just a quick fix. It was more than comfortable and I had a peaceful stay ! I’d definitely recommend for short term or long term stays for the Greenville area ! Thanks Dan ! I’ll be back for sure !

Our group of 4 and one dog were very comfortable. All amenities were provided, including extra towels, coffee and tea pods, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo… we made a few suggestions to make it even more homey and comfortable, but we very satisfied and would stay here again. Dan was very communicative and clear. Great stay.

Me and my partner recently stayed at Dan’s wonderful property and it was amazing super spacious and clean, we felt right at home, Dan his self made sure everything was perfect and made sure our stay was amazing!! I most definitely would recommend and we will be returning in the future

This little apartment is an absolute gem to stay at if you’re just going for a weekend stay! Close to anything that we wanted to go to. Very very clean! Just what we needed.

Everything was great! The space was comfortable with plenty of room for me. The washer and dryer were really convenient, and the hot water in the shower worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again!

Very awesome rental! Super clean and as pictured. Location is right off a main highway so I would recommend bringing a sound machine- I read previously reviews so we came prepared. We were very close to downtown which came in handy to going back and forth to the rental. Dan was very responsive and if and when we travel back to Greenville, we will definitely seek out another rental/ or this one from Dan!

My trip was for work so I was gone most of the day left early got back late. Was perfect for my trip area was quiet and place was comfortable. No issues whatsoever. Definitely recommend staying there. Great host

I didn't need the multiple rooms but it was a nice surprise (I didn't pay attention) each room was clean and equipped with TV and alexa equipped as well it was perfect for me nice and cozy and will definitely stay again
