What an absolutely beautiful and welcoming place! I was in town for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better location — it was just minutes from downtown Greenville, making it incredibly convenient to access restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The neighborhood itself was quiet and charming, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Dan was a fantastic host — incredibly responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. He clearly knows the area well and offered helpful insight on things to do and places to see around the city. His hospitality truly made the trip even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Greenville area!

Dan was really accommodating and responsive! I appreciated the support he gave throughout our stay. I would definitely stay at one of his properties again! He had everything we needed and the property was really nice!

Hi Dan, this David, your place was very comfortable and clean I love the kitchen area space is big and a lot of room to move around in the bedroom was nice and comfortable to. I like the way you had the door code set up it was easy to use very nice clean place the laundry room was nice to I will recommend this place to anyone. I like the area because it was close to my family. I will be back to visit Greenville S C soon I will definitely be booking and Air BNB from you Thank you David Gaston

Great one bedroom one bath house located close to downtown Greenville. Large yard for animals Dan is a fantastic communicator and helped when needed. We will definitely be back for the future.

It was the perfect place for us, space for our service dogs, we had everything we need to cook, clean. He even had popcorn for us and coffee. The place was so clean, it was close to the city center and it was very calm to take our dogs outside.

Comfortable beds, shaded yard for the dogs when I took them out, plenty of parking space, clean interior, and comfortably laid out home. The other unit on the back of the property was separate so no concerns about privacy. I'd recommend it as a great place to stay.

This place is clean, convenient and easy to get into and out of (ground level and parking RIGHT in front of the door). From start to finish Dan was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with.

For a family of four, this place was just right—cozy without feeling cramped. It’s located right off a busy street, but since my husband and I are not light sleepers, the noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we hardly noticed any traffic at night. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Greenville. Although the listing says there’s no washer or dryer, we were pleasantly surprised to find both available. That made a big difference, especially since we were in town for our son’s soccer camp. Dan was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. One thing to note: only one parking spot is guaranteed, and any additional parking is first-come, first-served. We made it work with two vehicles, as we live about an hour away and had to travel home a few times to check on our dogs. Overall, the home was very clean and well-maintained, and we had a great experience.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. The location was ideal, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!
