Best Stay

It was a great place for just me. It had a washer/dryer, very cold A/C, the decor was very cute and it was QUIET! Also, the internet worked great. I did have the ceiling leak really bad during a rain storm and the parking was really muddy. I was, however, able to get moved to a place next door. Overall, I would've liked to have stayed longer but it was booked.

I had a great time at Dan’s place , the location was clear and precise and the cleanliness was great. He made the place spotless and felt homey. I definitely would recommend Dan’s place for future visits.

The place was quiet and allowed pets. I seen others with dogs and I brought my cat. The parking is easy. There is a spot that floods when it rains hard but I just tried to stay away from that spot. It was comfortable and had internet access. I worked at memorial hospital that was about 15 min drive from this place

Dan was an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and close to downtown to grab a bite to eat. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but you can tell Greenville is trying to improve the area. I felt safe in and around the Airbnb, and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The place was immaculate! Downtown waterfalls were within 2 miles. Our friends rented next door. (duplex) It was nice to come back to a comfy bed each evening. We had everything we needed. Each morning, we met our friends on the porch for coffee chat time. We will definitely rent there again.

Dan’s place was perfect for our stay in Greenville. The neighborhood did not scare us as it did with others as we’re used to living in the city. You can easily bike to the swamp rabbit trail and back which was super convenient. The Airbnb itself was great for two people and two dogs, 100% recommend for the price and convenience of location.
